We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship.  Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

Non-defect returns/exchanges are accepted within 21 days (domestic & international) from date of purchase.  Money back or item exchange (buyer's choice) with potential for additional shipping fee.  Buyer pays return shipping cost unless there is an extenuating circumstance (product defect or shipper error).
