Heard UFO Drum rim condoms mentioned on an old 65 Drums video on Youtube, picked up a set for my new acoustic to electric conversion. Very pleased with these. Not sure why they're so hard to find somewhere else but UFO Drums has apparently been doing it for awhile and is still doing awesome. I'll be back.

Thanks to a brief tip by Justin G at 65 drums, I replaced a 10” Rim Silencer with one of these...it’s so much thinner and promotes a more accurate feel! I just ordered one for my esnare and I look forward to start using it!

Aloha, I was tired to chip my drumsticks and damage in my drum heads. I bought 6 rim condoms first time in my life, very strong material, very well constructed, perfect fit, very easy to install, I love the look in my drum set, I hit the rim condoms very hard for testing and they are ultra tough and 100% silent, excellent for recording and playin live. I bought 2 (8"), 10", 12", 14" and 16". and they are inexpensive, when you see the product and feel it, you will love it. This is my honest review.

These are fantastic. I took one of my beautiful 1983 Tama Superstar kits and switched it to an e-kit with two-ply mesh heads. Rim shots were very loud and were causing issues with keeping volume down. These rim protectors fit perfectly on my triple-flanged hoops and bring down noise considerably. A+++++

I really like these. I usually use the Pintech brand which you have to cut just right and then pressure fit the ends together. These are attached at the ends and you just stretch them to get them on the rim. Super easy and they are holding up so far. Much cleaner look too. I’ll be replacing the rim protectors on all my drums with these for sure.
