Specifics on the eBridge:

Complete drop-in trigger internal assemblies for DIY acoustic-converted, electronic drums
  • eBridge mounts directly to existing lug hardware - No Drilling - working with standard acoustic drums (wooden, metal and acrylic shells) with an even amount of lugs
    • on rare occasions, additional lug screw length is needed for mounting, L-bracket orientation adjustments needed for shallow shells or non-ordinary lug location, or L-bracket needs modification for drums with inner bearing edge shell reinforcement
  • All Metal Design! eBridge X-Bar is made of heavy-duty 14 gauge Aluminum - strongest, most durable after-market X-Bar assembly available
  • Adjustable (lateral-diameter) metal L-brackets for an exact fit
  • Rubber Isolation Mounts - interface between metal components significantly dampen cross-trigger vibrations between Head and Shell (for optional Rim Trigger Add-on)
  • 35mm Piezo's utilized universally on 6-18" snare/tom & 14-24" bass drum diameters configurations
  • Default lead wire length is a minimum of 12-15” from end of eBridge & includes finished quick-connects for 1/4" jack post connections - No soldering required
  • Single/Mono zone trigger is standard - Add a L-Bracket Rim Trigger Add-on for Dual/Stereo zone triggering - Piezo triggers are velocity sensitive - Dual/Stereo zone installation supports module-equipped Positional Sensing
  • Piezo/OctaCone riser assembly is center-mounted when built - can be moved off-center, in either direction as desired, to eliminate a center-drum hot-spot - This slightly effects Dual/Stereo zone trigger Positional Sensing performance.  Bass drum eBridge Piezo/OctaCone riser assembly is mounted adjacent to center-mounted Beater Pillow when built and is 2-4" from bearing edge
  • Complete with ultra-durable "Conical-Styled" Foam OctaCone
  • Works with acoustic or mesh heads (1, 2 & 3-ply).  2 & 3-ply mesh heads provide for optimal trigger performance and best mesh head play-ability experience
  • The Piezo/OctaCone riser & the Bass Drum Beater Pillow riser are vertically adjustable to fine-tune contact/pressure with drum head
  • Bass Drum Beater Pillow – 5” round, height-adjustable, high quality memory foam pad - One Included on the 14", 16", 18", 20”, 22” & 24" bass drum configurations
  • Installation guide provided via email at time of shipment

Specifics on the Rim Condom:
Rubber Rim Protectors“Silence & protect your rims and sticks”

  • Made of 70 durometer EPDM Rubber & spliced by hand in several stock diameters
  • Fits all drum rim/hoop brands – Elastic Fit – Guaranteed!
  • Other non-standard, custom diameters available upon request

Great product
There are so many kinds of triggers out there, it’s almost impossible to choose the right one. Stop looking and buy these. The materials used are top notch and the response from them far outperforms my Roland vdrums pads. Would buy these again in a heartbeat. Great customer service too.

Awesome!
I have been playing electronic drums for a few years, and I love how easy it is to sound check and change sounds. However I don't like the look of traditional electronic kits. I bought a Ludwig shell pack and converted it to electronic using the eBridge system from UFOdrums. The conversion was easy and worked perfectly with very little configuration changes. I did have to go to my local hardware store and buy longer screws to mount the bridge to the shells.

Great package, Happy customer!
Because of our speaker placement and typical volume, our Alesis DM10 MKII kit was too acoustically thuddy for a fair chunk of our small room even with the sound on, so we decided to try going hybrid. I settled on this conversion kit through research and have been very happy with the results. The installation flexibility this design offers is very nice. It took a bit to get the hang of the process, but we haven't had a failure over the two weeks we've been using it, and it's sounded great! Now with a hybrid kit, even when played muted, it sounds much better, but the response is very nice with the channels open. Several people thought we were just straight-up using an acoustic kit, so the overall shift has been great. Just have to figure out some new challenges with BGV mics picking up the cymbals, but that's another story (flour-sack towels seem thus far to help on volume without destroying tone). Support is great, with Mitch being responsive and helpful ever since day one, so here's a big thumbs-up on the people side as well! Three tips on the installation process: 1) If your lug screws are too short for the brackets, try using two pliers gripped on either side of the washer and bending it toward the screw head. After that, most of ours went into the lugs just fine. 2) Check your drum port locations before deciding to use those rather than drilling. I found that our floor tom port aligned with one of the legs, so with a cable connected, that leg can never be raised past the port. You may want the jack in a different location and would need to drill a new hole. 3) I found dark wash rags spread inside the reso head work really well for muffling the tone without visual offense. I put one in each of the toms and the snare. Now my 2-y-o son who loves drums can't tug on wires down the line, and the reso heads aren't too loud in our smaller room. We're also using Evans dB One mesh heads, which have unique attachments (a laser-cut mylar head on the snare for buzz and foam bits on the rest), and the set works well with these cones and pickups. Mitch and I were curious what the snare head experience would be like, but it's worked well thus far. Time will tell how that impacts the cone's wear and tear. If I were to go through this whole process again, I'd definitely come back and use this same system from this company.

Second visit.....
Had experimented with a competitors trigger system in a bass drum conversion project ten years ago. Results were satisfactory but didn't install the 'wow' factor in my endeavour. Quietly shelved and continued with Roland pads. Fast forward with the desire to try the A to E route again. Saw this company on a 65 Drums video, did my due diligence and pulled the trigger. I'm glad I did. Ordered a 14, 12, 14, 20 to rework a Tama Superstar Classic Neo Mod kit. Received in a timely fashion with excellent packaging. Took my time, as recommended by the emailed step by step tutorial. Rim condoms are a good fit and they work with both triple flange and die cast hoops. (An extra set of hands helped with the die cast installation). Not a fault of UFO, but I did not want to remove the badges and grommets from the shells. Trigger wires were long enough to extend to the jack which I mounted to a tension rod via a rubberized metal clip. The kit sounds are supplied by a SPD SX Pro. Great product! Thanks.

Good sturdy product. I was impressed with how well it worked out. I did have to flip L brakets on the kick mount to get the distance right. Be patient i took an entire week to install this on a 5 piece set.

Drummer
I purchased an eBridge bundle and did an A2E conversion of a set of Ludwig Breakbeats. These triggers work perfectly with my Roland TM-6 module. The hardware is solid and well thought out. Mitch is super helpful and even responded promptly to my questions prior to me purchasing the triggers. Totally satisfied with these. I look forward to playing this kit at my next gig.

My Second Conversion
I've used electronic drums either Roland or ATV for live gigs almost 5 years now. My first experience using UFO triggers was converting a 14" floor tom to use with my ATV setup. UFO triggers, made in the USA are by far, a better experience than waiting on other brands to ship from the UK. Once installed I immediately noticed the UFO Bridge/Trigger system to be far more accurate than the other brands/drums I had been using to date and after two years of using that 14" floor, I've never had to make any adjustments, it's that solid. I recently converted a full size kit and ordered UFO bridge/triggers for entire kit. The UFO bridge is solid as a rock, instructions easy to follow, wiring is neat and once again solid as a rock. The bridge system allows you to offset the trigger to eliminate hotspots which was common for both Roland and ATV (for me at least using Pearl Mimic Pro Module). This conversion, I tried UFO's three-ply mesh heads which have a much better feel than other three- ply or two-ply heads I've been using. After two great conversion experiences using the UFO bridge/trigger system, made in the USA, high quality construction, heavy gage wiring and quick-connects, easy install and quick shipping, I wouldn't use anything else.... highly recommend UFO Drums for all your conversion needs.

Fantastic!
I love my UFODrums bundle! My install was very easy on four toms and the kick. The triggers are very heavy duty. When I connected to my Roland TD-50 module it worked like a charm. I am extremely happy with this purchase. Thanks Mitch!

Best Conversion Kit Around
I’ve looked all over the internet, at US and EU based companies, watched hours of videos and breakdowns and this is the best conversion kit around. Rugged, high quality sensors much better than external triggers. Mitch provided excellent support and helped walk me through the process. Highly recommended. Here are some photos of my converted Tama 5 piece set along with my TD17 set which are now combined into one super set.

Fantastic Set!
I got the 4 piece set (14” snare, 12” Tom, 16 Floor Tom and 22” bass). Good shipping time and everything was very well packaged. I read the instructions closely and several times before beginning the conversion. The snare and 12” tom triggered perfectly after install. The floor tom and bass just needed about 30 minutes of adjusting the sensor height and now they trigger perfectly as well. Most of that time was taking off and putting mesh heads back on. I did need to purchase longer m4 screws from the hardware store as the stock pearl export lug screws weren’t long enough. (The stock screws actually would have worked if the pearl washers weren’t permanently attached). I am currently using a Roland td4 module with great results but I am waiting on an edrumin midi controller and I expect the same or even better triggering. I will definitely be buying a 13” assembly to make it a five piece as well as some UFO 3 ply mesh heads. I have remo silent strokes at the moment but am curious to try the 3 ply. if you are at all handy the conversion is easy and works great.
